Had an awesome time here with some free nights. The room had a recent makeover and was super nice with a big fridge, coffee, and a coffee maker. Plus, ☕️ was included. Everything was top-notch.

Had a very nice stay for free nights. Our hotel was in a nice location to that day's attraction. - It was very close to good food places as well as airport area.

We had a such great time in this hip new hotel in Bensenville. Polite staff, suggested places to visit. Liked central heating, TV set and a microwave oven in the room.

The pool area was clean. The complimentary breakfast included gravy and healthy options like oatmeal. The room was a nice size with a comfortable bed, down pillows, and hypo-allergenic pillows. The hotel is in a peaceful location in Bensenville, right next door to the airport.

Location: the hotel was close enough to airport and car and O'Hare and Chicago. We had a separate bedroom.

The hotel's location was great and incredible - just walking distance from everywhere we wanted to go. The breakfast was hot and cheap food served well.

Had a very good experience at the hotel. The room was a nice size with 2 double beds and a hairdryer provided. Good location for exploring Bensenville, situated in a safe area.

- Garbage in the stairwell (cartons, old lamps etc). - a car is a MUST in the area (no walking distance to the bus stop or supermarket) - Refrigerator extremely loud. - long wait for supplies at breakfast (bacon, scrambled eggs etc). - absolutely no traffic connection to bus & train

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport with a complimentary shuttle ride once an hour. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is delicious. The view from the hotel is breathtaking and they have great leisure facilities such as a swimming pool and gym. Those travelling by car will appreciate the ample parking space. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi could be faster.

The hotel has a modern interior and well-maintained rooms. The breakfast offers a variety of options including gravy and healthy choices. The staff is extremely friendly. The location is very close to the airport, making it convenient for travelers. The hotel provides an airport shuttle service.

Friendliness of the employees.

Location, construction site around it. No coffee for breakfast. Problem with the microwave was not solved. Room too dark.

8 to 10 miles from the airport and as a result had to wait an hour for the shuttle. Additionally when calling for the shuttle I was requested to provide a cell phone number. Even told it was mandatory. Seriously? Do they expect all tourists to have cell phones?
